For Accommodation Services (room reservations within an Establishment or other types of accommodations), the Client is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code. This is in accordance with Article L. 221-28, paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts concerning accommodation services that must be provided on a specified date or within a specified period.

 

Litigation
